Here’s how to get more reviews without feeling awkward about it:<\/p>\n
The best time to ask for a review is immediately after a positive interaction \u2014 right after a purchase, a completed project, or a positive customer service call. Strike while the feeling is fresh.<\/p>\n
Don’t tell customers to “leave a review on Google.” Send them a direct link: google.com\/search?q=YOUR+BUSINESS+NAME. Even better, create a short link using a tool like Bitly or Google’s own review link generator.<\/p>\n
People are busy. Send a friendly reminder 3 days after your first request. A simple WhatsApp message: “Hi [Name], if you had a moment to leave a quick Google review, I’d really appreciate it. Here’s the link: [link]”<\/p>\n
When you get a review \u2014 good or bad \u2014 respond within 24 hours. Thank positive reviewers. Address negative ones professionally. This shows potential customers that you care.<\/p>\n
