I started building websites in 2017. I’ve built over 30 since then \u2014 for non-profits, construction companies, cleaning services, logistics firms, and more.<\/p>\n

Here’s what I’ve learned:<\/p>\n

1. The Problem Comes First<\/h2>\n

The best websites don’t start with design. They start with a problem. What’s broken for the customer? What’s costing them money? Design comes after we understand the problem.<\/p>\n

2. Simple Sells<\/h2>\n

The most effective websites I’ve built are the simplest. Clear headlines. Obvious buttons. One message per page. Complexity doesn’t impress visitors \u2014 it confuses them.<\/p>\n

3. Speed Is Everything<\/h2>\n

I’ve never had a client say “my site is too fast.” Slow sites lose customers. Every website I build is optimised for speed from day one \u2014 compressed images, clean code, fast hosting.<\/p>\n

4. Clients Need Guidance<\/h2>\n

Most clients don’t know what they need. They just know they need a website. My job is to guide them \u2014 to ask the right questions, suggest the right approach, and deliver something that actually helps their business.<\/p>\n

5. The Relationship Doesn’t End at Launch<\/h2>\n

Launch day isn’t the finish line. It’s the start. Clients need ongoing support, updates, and maintenance. That’s why I offer hosting and maintenance packages \u2014 so your site stays fast, secure, and up to date.<\/p>\n
